  • AI-powered creation of alter ego characters
  • Custom game generation for your bachelorette party

3. AI and Data Processing

By using our service, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

3.1 Instagram Data Collection

We use artificial intelligence tools to gather publicly available information from the Instagram accounts you provide. This may include:

  • Profile photos and images
  • Bio information
  • Public posts and captions
  • Any other publicly accessible profile data

Important: By submitting Instagram handles, you confirm that you have obtained consent from each individual to use their Instagram content for this purpose. You are responsible for ensuring all participants are aware of and agree to this data collection.

3.2 AI Image Transformation

We use artificial intelligence and large language model (LLM) tools to:

  • Transform photos into fictional "alter ego" characters
  • Generate creative dating profile descriptions and bios
  • Create humorous and entertaining content for your game

The AI-generated content is intended for entertainment purposes only. The alter egos, modified images, and fictional profiles do not represent the actual persons depicted and should not be taken as factual representations.

3.3 Data Retention

Instagram data and generated content are processed solely for creating your game. We retain game data for the duration of your access period. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello.baeornay@gmail.com.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Obtain explicit consent from all individuals whose Instagram accounts are submitted
  • Only submit Instagram accounts of individuals who are 18 years or older
  • Use the game content responsibly and in good faith for entertainment purposes

5. Content Disclaimer

6. Refund Policy
